Studies have shown that the calmer you are, the more relaxed you are, the less likely interventions will be needed through labour and delivery, allowing you to have your best labour.
In this course you become aware of your options, your wants, and your musts for your best labour yet, which you will find in the Road Map to Your Birth activity.
Using hypnosis, meditation, and mindfulness, these ideal tools help prepare you physically and mentally for birth. Practicing these relaxation and breathing techniques while pregnant will allow you to easily use them in labour, to work with your body and baby and help offset the discomfort pressure that can accompany birth.
You cannot run a marathon without practicing to run first. This course helps you practice so you can run your marathon of birth!
The female body was designed for birth! Let it do what it was designed to do by tapping into your primal and intuitive self.
One course is designed specifically for surrogates. As a surrogate myself, I really wanted to make sure there was a program that was designed for the unique needs of surrogates. Otherwise, both courses are relatively the same.
In the Mindful Birth course, you will be able to reflect upon your fears and worries, take practical steps in letting them go and moving forward while opening your mind to regain your power as the person giving birth.
If you are carrying your first child, or this is your 10th pregnancy, the hypnosis, meditations, affirmations, and tips and tools you receive in the course will be valuable so that you can really focus in on having your sacred pregnancy.
You and baby need to work together to bring baby earthside. This course is good for vaginal, or cesarean deliveries as the focus is on empowering you to make the best choices for you and baby, no matter what those choices are.
